INDEPENDENT ADJUSTMENT COMPANY was formed in October 1989 to provide the insurance community with a full service property and casualty adjusting and investigating facility. Michael Nardulli is the President and owner of IAC. John Kiernan is the Vice President of IAC. Both Michael and John along with our in-house and field adjusters are available for all your claims needs.
Our Corporate office, is located at 22 West Main Street P.O. Box 1036 Patchogue, New York 11772. Michael or John, personally review each report prior to its being sent to the company adjusters. A mirror file is maintained for all our field adjusters in our Patchogue, New York corporate headquarters. In that way, clients have only to call one person to direct their inquiries to should they desire. This eliminates telephone tag with our field adjusters.
Michael and John maintain 24/7 availability for claims adjustments. In this way, the East / West coast time disparity is eliminated. After hour emergency claims can be responded to as well. We maintain all the current available technology, including computerized estimating and building cost valuation software, as well as email capabilities.
