His education includes a Bachelors of Arts degree from Lehman College, as well as specialized training schools and decades of professional development. Michael started his career at GAB Robins and in 1991 purchased Independent Adjustment Company. Over the past 2 decades Michael has maintained his adjuster licenses with continuing education courses through the PLRB, New York Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters and the Loss Executives Association. Michael is a proud member of the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters, and also holds memberships in the New York Association of Independent Adjusters, Registered Professional Adjusters, New York State Fire Investigators Chapter #23, Loss Executives Association, New England Claims Executive Association, New Hampshire Adjusters Association, International Institute of Loss Adjusters, Inc, International Federation of Adjusters Association, and Honorable Order of the Blue Goose, International.

His education includes a Bachelor of Business Management from Dowling College, as well as, specialized training schools and decades of professional development.
