Independent Adjustment Company was formed in October 1989 to provide the insurance community with a full service property and casualty adjusting and investigating facility. Our corporate office is located in Patchogue,Long Island, New York. Our President is Michael Nardulli he has been in the insurance claims industry for over 27 years. Our Vice President John Kiernan has over 24 years of experience in insurance claims. When assigning a claim to our office Michael or John personally review each claim and assign it a specific adjuster. Currently IAC has over 15 field adjusters in the following states New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Rhode Island. See our locations page for our service area.
Our corporate office reviews each claim assignment from start to finish. We maintain 24/7 availability for all assignments, up to date technology, including computerized estimating in Xactimate, building cost valuation software, as well as online file management and email. Assignments can be sent via telephone, fax or email.
Our firm with highly experienced property, casualty, fidelity, ocean and inland marine adjusters is capable of providing your company with the high level of expertise required to address all our claims needs.
Our firm belongs to many insurance industry organizations including National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters (NAIIA), New York Association of Independent Adjusters Inc. (NYAIAI), New England Claims Executive Association (NECEA), Loss Executives Association (LEA), Registered Professional Adjusters (RPA), Honorable Order of the Blue Goose (HOBGI), International Federation of Adjusters Association (IFAA), Claims Professional Liability Insurance Company (CPLIC), International Institute of Loss Adjusters (IILA) and is an Affiliate Member of the Property Loss Research Bureau (PLRB).
